A: eLock Soft management, contact and company registration data and is availabe via e-mail.
Q: I would like to purchase your software, but I am affraid of losing money if the recovery fails?
A: Please relax, there is NO RISK for you! If the trial version of our software reports that it can
recover the document, the full version WILL completely recover it. If it fails (and it NEVER did),
please send us the file and we will recover it without any additional charges. If we can not recover
the file, we will refund you every cent of the product price and taxes.
Q. Can your product open the protected document if I don't know the password to open?
A: No, sorry. You must be able to open the document to recover it.
Q: I don't know what protector my former co-worker used. What now?
A: Our software can recover the protected/packed document in almost all cases. Please download the
free trial.
Q: I would like to use your software on a document, but I am not sure if I may?
A: Recovering your documents and documents you are authorised (by the owner) to recover is
absolutelly legal! Also, if you represent a company and your co-worker protected a company
document and left, then if company authorised you for recovery, you may recover the document.
If the document includes your data, design elements, formulas and/or code and you where locked
out by a partner/developer/customer, please ask for legal help before recovering the document.
